SHOT Show 2015

That Craig Morgan knife is a sad creature made of sewn together parts from 4 other knives. I'm sure some people will love it.

Yeah, does look pretty sorry. I like the looks of some of the others quite a bit though.
 
I like the Open Season Boning knife but don't know that I could use it. For all the years I've been hunting and butchering my own, I've always gone back to flexible steel knives like my Victorinox boning knives.

The 119 Brahma is a good looking knife as well! Looks like yet another spin on the Korean War KABAR fighting knives. I really like the look of it. It might find its way into my pack.

The other one I really like is the 863 Selkirk, but the sheath is horrible... HORRIBLE!! As much as I hate to say it, the BG Gerber survival (not that I would depend on it for survival) has a great sheath and is one of the best ideas Gerber's come up with in years.

I'm going to have to stop by my knife guy's shop and get my '15 catalog. I'm wondering what else is new.
 
I don't know about you guys, but I would love for them to offer the Marksman in different colors this year.

I'm very interested in the Brahama, Impact, Selkirk and the SEAL knife. The others, not so much

Can somebody confirm... is that Bushcrafter/Selkirk a true flat grind.

I had to read the description twice but I'm pretty sure the whistle is in the handle/grip of the firesteel and not the knife. Is that correct?

Are you talking about the two black spots on the handle of the firesteel? I thought those were the lanyard passing through the handle. Didn't see a whistle.

The pics that I'm posting are, unfortunately, screen shots of scans so clarity is suffering. My hope is that better photos will surface soon and be added to this exciting thread. SHOT is not too far off and, hopefully, professional photographer coverage will be available during that key event. I wish that I could attend but I am only an enthusiast end user and would not be allowed in...

I do like some of the new stuff.....wonder why?????;). Already have a small pre-order in.

To bad the LE stuff is so overpriced this year that it may as well need to be picked up on the Moon in person!!!!

the description doesn't say.... looks like we have to wait until the shot show, or possibly later if that isn't addressed then.....
