I witnessed the 'Gunner clip him as I was standing right there as I was explaining the ESEE5 to a potenial customer and he said " Dude your totally right about the saber grind and wood working...and then scream the junglas rocks,kinda shocking my customer & shotty brushed him off......
Next go around ,I clipped that sucker with the quickness :D not trying to be rude but he was rude even more so the second time around trying to squeeze in non stop talking.... but he gave me a chance when he mentioned I have other booths waiting on me, I told him he better go see them then..... hoping his mapping skills was subpare, He'd not find us again on the SHOT Show map :p
I tried polite action,did not work.....so I redirected his own words at him and a blank stare came over him as he walked away....
 
Tony, I wished I could have heard this because you simply have a way with folks sometimes that makes me laugh my ass off. "It's a water bottle!"
 
shotgunner- didnt he say in one of his vids somewhere that he was raised in alabama? btw im from low sc and i totally get what you mean about the south being respectful. i took a vacation to new york city once, and shit is was like a whole nuther world, including the people.
btw how is he badmouthing esee? i havent heard anything bout that
 
I love it.

I've seen a couple of things by this nutnfancy guy and was not impressed with any of them.

It also pisses me off to have guys like him be so rude and self important claiming they are a "media" outlet. He might be an "internet personality" but he is not a member of the Press. I used to be a credited member of the Press (I was a photographer for a newspaper) and would never think about interrupting somebody I wanted to interview while they were talking to somebody. Hell if he were a real member of the Press he should have been getting coverage of the ESEE team dealing with their end users. Why? Cause that is what ESEE says they are all about is the users and that to me is the real story; an American company that cares about its products and the people that use them.
 
Wait a minute...before we go off lynching this guy, he has never claimed to me he was a member of the press or media and I never stated that he said that. He has not bad mouthed ESEE as far as I know and I never said that he has. No damn wonder people get their feelings hurt on the internet. It's worse than the old game of gossip on here. Stick to the facts, please.

Dont for the guy's who walk by with a women on there arm, I make'em laugh too.... They look at the Junglas & I tell 'em dont look at it , come feel it or Come grab this :D Get's 'em every time.....:thumbup:

Courtesy is universal and some people just get too caught up in themselves and let themselves become real douchebags. Don't let the few assholes ruin the fun! :cool:
 
I am not sure what his badge said never looked at it but I do know it was him .He was less than a foot apart and he keep saying Dude & I am nutnfancy over & over ... I seen less than 6 of his vids....I go to you-boob to watch funny stuff, not to have a cult following of 1 guy. I give him props for doing what he is doing but in reality any one of you guys on this forum could do the same thing...

Yeah man, I can feal for ya cause I've been following his vids for quite some time as well and really liked his attitude towards nature and teaching his kids the right things... I still love those great outdoor adventures but not really agree with his new stuff, especially the gun/tacticool gear reviews...

Maybe the mods/admins can change it if you ask politely and explain the reason behind it?
 
yeah im gonna have to look into that. i agree his older vids were cool, i really liked all the shit with john fitzen, he was pretty funny

Sorry Jeff didn't mean to gossip or imply that he said he was with the media. Its a sore subject for me I guess, I just had to deal with people who would clam that they were "media or press" when they really weren't and all they would do is get in the way of the real media/Press people that are there to do their jobs and make a living. But, if you aren't a member of media/Press and don't claim to be don't use words like interview (not saying he said he wanted an interview I wasn't there so I can't speak of what he said) instead just ask questions like any consumer would.
 
The internet has become what is considered "new media". People don't just get their information from TV, radio and the newspaper anymore. So saying that internet folks like Nutnfancy aren't a part of the media isn't exactly accurate. Having said that, it really doesn't matter where he's from, manners are manners. :thumbup:
 
Anyways, enough thread jacking a bitching about people who don't matter in the grand scheme of all things ESEE. I'm glad you guys had fun at SHOT and I hope it was also productive and fruitful for the company.

The pics that have been put up so far have been great and I would love to be able to see more of them if you get more time to post some up.

Were there any vendors/gear there (other than the flashlights) that impressed you guys?
