He just emailed me from the field on his Blackberry and said he got a 4 foot snake with the Arrowhead and is cooking it now...

All I got was what I posted. He did say he got good pics.
 
First documented kill with a AH-1. He darn well better have some pics for us of his "stalk".
 
More than likely he was walking through the woods , stepped on it and it scared the hell out of him so bad that he dropped the AH-1 and it fell on the snake and killed it :D
 
I think when we see the pics it will be a night crawler and not really a snake......jk
 
or a damn bicycle inner tube that was left in the woods
 
With a little bit of salt and garlic, a bicycle inner tube is a mighty fine survival meal. Full of nutrients.

Either It's going to be a "deadliest game" type scene, OR some shenanigans like him shoving a stick into a hole repeatedly
 
It's true. I wasn't there when he killed it but he came walking back to camp with it still on his 'spear.' Loading up the truck now. Pics will be posted later. And yes, he did eat (or try to anyway) it.
 
Was it some deadly non-poisonous water snake or just a harmless old rattle snake or copperhead?
