You're too kind Cal, I could say the same for all the knives you post as well ;):thumbsup: That Ulster I posted baffles me a little bit because the nail nick for the main blade is on the "pile" side.
 
Kevin, I noticed that right away, and wondered if the mark side blade had been sharpened down or modified and originally was the master (full-sized) blade. In other words, two full-sized blades.
 
Had this out the other day..........hunter/skinner from Japie Visser in SA.

African Blackwood and a sheath in Black Wildebeast, the likes of which I have never seen before, lovely grain to it

Beautiful thin high hollow grind on this, the blade sings when you strum it with your thumb
