Show me your Blur!

I'm waiting for a plain edge Tanto with White handles.. if they can do white in the smoke I'd think they could do straight white.. sure it might get dirty which is likely why they haven't done it yet.. but it would be the 1670TW and we need a Thomas special knife!

The smoke doesn't show up well due to most of the real estate being taken up by the inserts. It doesn't come
out like smoke, not that I wouldn't turn down a purple smoke if I could get one. It looks nice, just not smoked I guess. A green or orange and white smoke would be neat for something different. Orange might be too creamsicle though.

On the way to you. Thanks for any help you can provide! :) Just haven't been able to find anything local to me and depending on web hasn't brought a whole lot up either. :(

New Blur for us collectors. :D TS Blur

I'm going to be bitching about the price since it's a Cabela's exclusive but whadda ya gonna do?

Also wish it was at least going to be S30V........

According to your article: The MSRP for the new 1670BLKTSX Tiger-Stripe Blur is $119.95.
Not bad as long as they are better than the CF Blurs.

Who is gonna call that ugly?

Haha.......ya I missed the MSRP the first trip through the article. Knowing Cabela's though they won't be much less than that. :(

No release date or any information about when I should take a drive to our newly opened local Cabelas?

Please say that these are not limited release, also that knife is hot. $120 is a better price point then snapon

Oh yes, much better than the SOs! With the "X" I'm going to assume this is going to be a clam shell packaged knife rather than having a box too. Would rather it be boxed.

Kinda disappointing, for $120 I would almost expect a box. Lets hope that's not the case.

From the 2012 Kershaw catalog.

When you see an “X” after the model number of a Kershaw knife on
your order—for example, 1660X—it means that the knife is in a clampack
rather than a closed box.

Damn. If someone who had the power of persuasion could persuade Cabela's this is a bad idea, I think they should do it :)

That is pretty rad looking blade, swap the black handle for the od green one and we are in business. $120 is a lot for a TS blade and that being the only difference from $50 blur.
