Show me your Blur!

Ive added a few since the last pic. Ill do an update pic when this one is here . If you know someone who has a couple plain edge greys and needs a serrated I would be willing to trade doesnt really matter which one I have for now .

Bought a user grey Blur the other day on the exchange. I really liked the distressed look it had so decided to etch and stone wash the blade. I like how it came out.



 
Wow! Beautiful! Thats like taking a lemon and making.. I dunno... beer? Something much better than just lemonade.
PCB etchant or what did you use? Muriatic brick cleaner? How long did you dip it?

Rocks in a peanutbutter jar for the stonewash? Did it blunt the tip any?

Thank you! I did use PCB etchant. I dipped it for almost 3 hours though which is two hours longer than usual. There was a spot on the blade that came out funky the first time so I had to clean it and put her in for another hour. The stonewash was indeed done with river rocks and a 1 liter Nalgene bottle. The tip was already a little blunted form the 10 years of use the blade already (date stamp on the blade said '03), I don't think it came out any worse for wear. I tried to put a little bit of a point on it when I sharpened it afterwards.
