Great looking bunch you have nwmetalbug. I felt fortunate to get one of each of the tanto spiderwebs and you bought 2. lol

Yeah well im really close to KAI and they were selling them in Portland. Didnt know how many would be available so picked up an extra set for trading stock.Turns out doesnt seem like much interest in them so ill stuff em in the safe until there is lol

Yea I'm surprised there wasn't more interest in the SP tantos since they were going to be SO limited and only sold at that show. :confused:
 
If I would have known Dave was going to be selling them for the same price I paid at the show I would never have drove into Portland for them. Wont make that mistake again lol.

WHAT? Dave got some? :eek: Last I knew he wasn't able to get any? I wouldn't have had to beg poor Kyle to get me mine if I would have known that.
 
I figured they wouldn't sell out at the price no matter how limited but wanted to be sure I got some. I'm always happy to help friends out as long as I've got one for myself. I'm finding though that my trying to leave stuff and share with others has left me with little to nothing for trading stock to trade for other peoples duplicates. I'm learning not to stress about it so much, and my absence and moving on to other things has helped a bit. I'm sure there are times I've maybe done some jerk things, although I've only traded or sold twice that I remember. Even with the position I'm
in, I think I prefer things this way and having knives spread widely. The knives are nice to have and look at, but the real enjoyment comes from talking with all the other collectors. When someone scores a rare knife we all share in the joy even if there is a bit of jealousy. I wouldn't check in here ever if it wasn't for you guys. So again, always happy to help out! We have different backgrounds and religions and politics but we're all in this KAI loving family together... just don't be the bastard child in the family :)

Hmmm........been awhile since I've checked out his site. Suppose I should do that more often. :D

Wasn't it you that missed out on the gray that I got last time because you were at work? Well I feel your pain because I missed out bidding on one last night by 15 minutes. Got watching something on TV and when I remembered I had missed it by just that much. :grumpy: Might not have gotten it anyway but without bidding I'll never know.

Worst thing is my arch nemesis of Blur bidding on evil bay won it! :mad:
