Show me your Blur!

As I heard it the Purple ones were made up to try and solicit a dealer to do an exclusive run, that's why there are so few (because they were samples). I'm sure I heard it here somewhere..

I could buy a whole lot of copper and silver knives for 750. Thermite, cryo 2, 17 other blurs (not that one), etc..... My head is swimming in all the kershaws new and old.

Really not talking about gold, silver or copper, just talking about a blur. I have said before that I am not a collector just a user so I'm just not seeing the lure. I can only imagine that one day the person that bought that knife will wake up one morning and say Holly crap I spent 756 dollars on a Blur. What was I thinking. YMMV
jimw451, I used 2 because Totaldbag mentioned something about 2. For all I know there could be 100,500, or maybe 1000 made. Who knows.
Dan you already answered your own question, silly man :)

"600 made exclusively for Matthews Cutlery and their distributors in October of 2003"

This was posted on an eBay listing for another PRBLK.

Anyone know how accurate this is?

I called and talked to Matthew's today and the girl I spoke to started there in 2003 but didn't really remember the PRBLK.

You cunning devil (in a good way). If there were that many wouldn't we see more?

I was going to do that too. You beat me to it! I'm more curious about the steel listed there.
