  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Takes two to comply with the thread title - a Jeff Baker custom "camp knife" (among other uses) - his VIPER model
and a Siegle chopper. Two very excellent custom tools.

This is my cleaver/chopper project almost complete. I started this with a WW1-WW2 era French African Coup Coup machete and added a cut down hickory axe handle with jute wrapping. I built it using Rick Marchand's Marchete as inspiration. Haven't used it yet, but it did claim blood while sharpening it. Now to build a baldric setup for carrying that fits the theme.

The Elder Futhark runes on either side say "blood" and "honor".

Thank you sir! I really want to make a Hikot style scabbard for this thing but I feel a little intimidated by it. Leather and kydex I'm proficient with...ancient wooden sheaths, not so much. :)
