Went fishing with the Heavy Chopper from Nathan TM, no fish but a caught a couple of these on the way out. Not exactly a "challenge" for the knife, but still nice to use.

 
frog legs are pretty damn tasty

very nice pic ,Frog legs garlic and parsley, is a treat with a small muscadet Sevres et Maine sur lie .. still fan of Nathan knives

Had a couple shots while cleaning them, but out of consideration for everyone...left those out. Our general meal consist of battered and fried paired with a nice 12 pack.

But will be trying different recipes as I get more of these.
