I'm a little late to the party.....I think most of these will fit the bill:
Very Cool!!!!!!This is one I finished up for myself just a few weeks ago. I'd never had a proper "big chopper"...... I do now!
Blade: O1 steel 3/16" x 11" cutting edge length, 3 3/8" at its widest.
Handle: Figured Bubinga with black fiber liners and ebony pins.
Sheath: Bubinga, fully lined with oiled leather, full welt, removable shoulder strap.

I have something like 30 hours in hand rubbing the blade, that is after taking it to 16x on the grinder. Really has me rethinking make any more knives from this steel, since I perfer hand rubbed blades. I still have a 4" x 28" sheet of the 3V left, but it will sit awhile.
