That jigging reminds me of something and I like i!

I may as well show this one before it's not mine anymore. GEC did a fantastic job on these overall, but where they really got it right was the lock on the screwdriver. So much better than the old style brass lock. It engages at the back of the tang like all liner locks but it also wraps over the bottom of the tang resulting in no vertical movement.

I just rescued this one from the washing machine. My wife, bless her heart, decided to wash my pants without checking the pockets. Seems none the worse for wear after a blow dryer, some WD40, some more blow dryer, and some oiling. The red in the handles did bleed out a little, but doesn't bother me none. I'm glad it made it out okay...

I bought a Black Micarta 15 because I like the long pull cut into the tang.
The 15 frame is starting to grow on me. I can see why it is so popular.
