Secret for removal is two pairs of needle nose pliers, pull both sides of bail out simultaneously. Mine came out easy with no chips to bone. The bail is also easily put back in as I didn’t twist or otherwise mangle when I removed. My walnut mash in hole can be removed too.Those both came out great!
