Help I need advice, I have 3 choices.

I can

1,Buy the wood version
2,buy the red micarta
3,buy them both

I say I prefer wood covers,but that red is growing on me and is a tad cheaper.
Buying both is greedy even though I lost my other 15.

So its wood or red which should I buy?

I vote red between the two. Red linen is becoming one of my favorite cover materials.

the wood takes character no matter what you end up with but as Will Power said, the micarta will survive bumps and drops more
