He’s home!! Got held up by the RM for a hot minute there but the lads arrived..

Fantastic little knife and my first 15 in wood (first Bocote too). Centring is off but everything else is sweet as a nut.
I’m especially thankful the Bocote isn’t too fancy, I don’t like fancy woods so this could have been a bit of a gamble…
I’m also a huge fan of all-steel so these little guys are just beauties
…
Feels like a true Pocket Dropper to me and I can’t wait for all that steel to start to patina..

Its like two different knives when you compare to the red micarta,normally I like wood over anything else (oh matron).

I was trying to remember what “the other” one was, but there were some of those with nail nicks and some with long pulls, weren’t there? I lucked into one at the Oregon show this year, with a nail nick like yours.
