Andy, I like your display and Dylan's too. Very well done and thought out. I've been making knives for too long to have never done a show. I've been thinking about it too long. I need to just go ahead and do it. I hope to see you in Atlanta next year.
I'm in if at all possible! Is BLADE always the same week in June?
I'll volunteer my help if any of the local makers need an extra hand
Or two
Way to go. Beautiful display there FB!

Mist. - You're making me feel bad ;-) I had that HB in my hands and ready to pull the trigger, but chose another instead.
Great pics. I'm glad that one went to the right person. The HB has a really great feel in the hands. It's size makes it perfect for everyday tasks.
Mist, nice buddy ya got there!! Awesome score!
Its a fun weekend capping off a month of hell, but it is very rewarding. This year was behond the pale, great sales, great friends, not too difficult hangovers
Thanks to everyone for your support, and your kind words. It means the world to my family and I.
I knew that one wouldn't last....can't believe it survived the show!
Mistwalker, I have a piece of Larrys box elder that I can spare. It isn't stabilized and while half of the block is good burl, the other half has a knot in it. I think it would be perfect for a fire steel.
7"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dang!!! What were you a 40"?Yea. I lost 7 inches off my waist since I went full time. Only change, I stopped eating fast food for lunch every day, and I work a physical job. Still drinking my beer just the same. Who knew? Thanks for noticing.
And, at 38 years old, my body decided to grow facial hair. Woo hoo.
I don't know that lady behind us. She didn't speak to me.
So there's hope for a beard after all. I'd give a nut to be able to grow a beard.
