Opened up and assembled my new washer.

Put some cheap titanium scales on my purple DLT edition PM2. They make the knife feel extremely solid, and the action is drop shut now, I’m happy with em for ~$50….Not so happy with Spyderco’s screws however, I messed them up a little. Still removable, but that’s my next upgrade, new screws.

How do you like the tanto for your tasks compared to DP and insigno?

It takes a little getting used to, for me anyway. Once you do tho it’s a very good utility type knife. Would I pick it over Insingo or do as my only knife? Probably not, but if I had to only use a tanto I’d be fine. The lack of belly is noticed on certain tasks.

Couldn’t find my pizza cutter so used the SpydieChef to cut up a pizza. Then a cucumber for my dog. Cut up a couple of boxes then realized its baby cousin arrived from LynchNW, and cut up the infamous Lynch packaging. The McBee with a Lynch clip is born! I’m smitten
