I figured since we have threads for our better halves and another for cats we should have one for man's best friend.

I'll start with my dog Zeke, hes a large lab(110lbs) that follows me everywhere, hes what I call a "velcro dog". I think its because I spoil him a little to much.

Posing with his smoked pigs ear.

Falling asleep with his head up, does this quite often.

She loves the snow almost as much as she does the water.

Great pooch MM. Before Daisy I had a Rot. Her name was Goldie (named by the rescue agency because of her yellow/gold eyes). I had to put her down about three years ago.
I still miss that dog. I've even caught myself calling Daisy Goldy by mistake. Once you own a Rot, you know that all the bad press is just that. Best temperament I've ever seen.

This is my dog Jess, she is madder than a bucket of frogs but is always a good companion when im out in the wilds of Scotland

This here is Sadie. She's an ACD cross with pitbull.

She's a ball of action mixed in with tons of kisses and periods of coma.

I luh her!

GEL99,

That Whiskey is a handsome dog. Seems like he knows it too :D.

I'm glad to see others posting pics of their pets on the furniture too. Wouldn't want my dog to be the only one here thats spoiled rotten. :p

Dunno what it says, but all these dogs seem like 'users' rather than 'safe queens' (lap queens?)
C'mon guys I KNOW some of you must have Bichons or Poms or something...it's ok, we won't laugh. You can say it's the wife's, a 'backup dog' or your EDC (extremely diminutive canine?)
I'm really enjoying the pics so far - thanks for the thread.

You just sent coffee out my nose!

I've posted pics of my wolf-wannabe mutt in the Doggy pics thread over in community, and in the Dawg pride thread over at K9 knives. I'm starting to feel guilty for my bandwidth consumption.

When I get over it, I'll post some more here. ;) Right now, though, it's bedtime.
