Thanks for the info Derrick! I recall hearing the story of how you acquired Northwoods, but didn't know the reason for the MI tang stamp. I really like a lot of the knives in the line, although I have to admit, I'm not a huge fan of Queen because almost every knife I've gotten from them has had one issue or another..... love the designs though. Also loving the Forest Jack I got in the mail today!
Thanks for the kind comments and sorry if I appear a little excited about the knife with my, "In my opinion", comment.
I just really like this knife.
I added a picture of the pile side to show how the sides match.

Beautiful! I wanted a ram's horn, but procrastinated and missed out. Here's mine! I love this knife! Everything Derrick has said about it in the past is totally true. Perfect size, great steel, and it looks fantastic. After getting mine, I definitely want to get one or two more. Here's hoping a new order will come soon. And would ya look at these handle scales?!!

I really hope to see more Northwoods in ram horn. They seem really popular!

Daver, that ram's horn pile side cover is reminiscent of a Klingon forehead . . . good stuff!
