Northwoods actually has a great history and enjoyed a good reputation for quality before we took over the line. I think we have stepped up the game since then.

Queen as a manufacturer on the IRJ was chosen because they are willing to do super steels. They did a good job on these. They are not up to the level of GEC makes, but they are getting closer.

Just took the plunge on a ebony cover version, This is my first Queen and last order for a long while so hopefully it meets my expectations.

I just really like this knife.

Those covers are awesome, that's grail stuff to me.
 
Here's mine! I love this knife! Everything Derrick has said about it in the past is totally true. Perfect size, great steel, and it looks fantastic. After getting mine, I definitely want to get one or two more. Here's hoping a new order will come soon. :D And would ya look at these handle scales?!! :eek:

I spoke with KSF today, and they're expecting a new shipment of IRJs in Jan. Smooth ivory bone, blue camel, and one other...not ebony, but one other, I think. Perhaps Derrick could tell us.
 
Daver, that ram's horn pile side cover is reminiscent of a Klingon forehead . . . good stuff!
