OK folks, the voting is over and the winner is the Canal Street canittler in D2 steel with interior mammoth ivory handles, scrolled bolsters, and blade etch!
While we're waiting for the scroll work and etch to be designed and finalized, I figured I'd start this sign up sheet so we could get the ball rolling with the order.
First the specs on cost:
The final price for domestic should be about $109.00 give or take a dollar or two. This includes $2.50 a piece for jacknife's share (this could drop to $2 depending on the number of orders), and $6.50 - $6.95 for insured shipping. I'll have these amounts nailed down once I start collecting payments.
Overseas should run about $125-$130, which also includes shipping, I'll have that price nailed down shipping wise in a few days.
Only sign up if you're definitely going for the knife as I'll consider this a commitment. We need a minimum of 25 knives for this to go forward, so I'll use this list for the order. Once you sign up you can also send me your e-mail address (If you can't be reached through the member list), and also your mailing address. If you'd like more than one knife, add the number when you sign up. I'll keep a list below of everyone who's ordering, starting with me to get things up and running
Once everything is in order and everyone who's interested has signed up (figure in about two to three weeks), I'll send in the order and request payment from everyone so Canal Street can start with the build.(of course they'll need a check first) .
