It's really no effort at all, It's a great experience and I'm finding it all incredibly interesting (if only I could make a living at doing something like this :D ). Of course I haven't had to deal with the post-order feedback yet;) :D . I'm not familiar with GMail, what exactly is it? And by the way, if you haven't noticed, I've been checking back on how you ran the 2006 knife program to get some ideas on how to progress with this one. It, and your suggestions, have been incredibly useful! Thanks!
