Hey Eric......

Do you want us to send the money now? I mean, do you want everyone else to send their money now, because you and I exchanged sexual favors for my knife. :p ;)

Okay, I lied. I tried to but Eric shut me down. :o

I guess I'll have to pay my own way, as usual. :D

Judy,
How could you say that? I'd never shut you down you gorgeous knife wielding goddess :D :D
No one has to send money until I put the order in. I'll let everyone know on this thread and by e-mail when that happens, probably in a couple of weeks. Gives everyone a chance to sign up and CS the time to finalize the design.

Eric

mp510,
Thanks for the suggestions! Does that letter post require an envelope only? I'd hate for the box the knife is in to be crushed en-route.

Eric

The GPM flate rate envelopes are a paperboard material, like the flat rate Priority Mail envelopes we use for domestic mail. They are offered in 2 sizes, large and small. Depending on the exact sizes of what your looking to mail, you may be able to fit some protective packing material in the small envelope with it. With the large envelope ($~9.50 USD), you can definetely put some sort bubble mailer or some other packing material in their with it. Next time your by the post office, pick up a large and small GPM envelope, and you can check out the sizes first hand- figure out exactly what you need to do. :)

For letter post, I'll ask the postal clerk next time I'm there.
Also, put me down for one of these babies.

You can go to the USPS website (or call their toll free number) and order those priority mail boxes by the case of 25, free of charge. They will send them to your door. There is a size for cassette tapes that would work fine. The thing is you have pay the priority mail rate to send them.

I did this a while back when the POs near me stopped carrying the video-cassette sized boxes. They dropped shipped a bunch of them onto my door step.

If the CS Cannitlers come in a box (which I assume they do), that might provide a little protection, with some bubble wrap around it. Still, I'm not against paying the Priority rate. It's a $100+ knife. What's a couple more bucks for peace of mind?

Thanks mp510!

Also, I'm looking in to the priority mail option, I may be able to do it at the price posted , but I'll find out for sure this weekend. It's either that or I have to go on a mouse buying spree:D

Oh, what a relief, Eric..... For a moment my heart was broken....:( So, I guess we can rendevous at the same time and place as last time? Looking forward to it. So glad you don't need those little blue pills. ;) Which knife do you want me to wear this time?

I'm in for one!

Hey Judy, any chance on "negotiations" or "exchanges" on a purple knife painting?;) ;) ;)

Just joking.... I'm happily married for 14 years last Monday!:D
