I picked these up about a month ago, and just rediscovered them.
Could anyone help ID the craftsman M on the far right?
I have been all over hammer on Google for the past couple hours...I feel I am missing something g simple that is causing me to not be able to find one other example to help ID it

I believe it's a "soft face" hammer
Only no plastic ends.
I'm not familiar with the exact terms or names.

It's got the M on it which is the mfg code sears uses for Vaughan & Bushnell, axes can sometimes have that other M a lot of other axes had but with hammers and hatchets it's always going to be the V&B mfg code.

This is a new handle with a new finish. It's a mix of pine tar, pure gum turpentine and raw linseed oil.
