I've got about 80% of the seahorses produced, so I'm looking for unused ones missing from the list. Any other knives to trade?

To narrow things down a little, I prefer older knives, and I've got plenty of users. So I'm looking for something with history. Early stuff, New England cutleries, any American made knives from before WW1 or WW2 or shortly after. Also good examples of early punches, as I'm doing an article on the punches from 1900 to ~1930. If you've got something especially nice then we can trade 2 for one or 3 for one!

Hmmmm...

That barlow's carbon, so it gets bonus points. I've a wartime Cam utility. Pinned USA shield, four-line stamp, nickel silver or stainless liners. Bone has a few small stable cracks, but only minimal shrink. What say you? Shall we take this to email for a little wheel and deal?

this is a neat idea. I have the following for trade.
1. schrade 33ot, 95% in box with papers, made in america. has been sharpened.
2. uncle henry 834uh, nib.
looking for the following
sodbusters, hawkbills, open to just about anything let me know what you've got. please email to jgp6204@sbcglobal.net
U.S.only please. thanks, ahgar

email answered and both knives gone, went to a gun show and fell into a trading frenzy. it was ugly.
by the way, i have an eye brand small sodbuster, yellow scales{pale} in about 95% condition. if interested please email to , jgp6204@sbcglobal.net
U.S. only please, sorry you canadian devils.

Guys:

Just setip a Yahoo Group and go for it. I'm new here but I have a model Railroading swap list on Yahoo.

Hope it helps,
Gareth

Ok Guys;

Just to see if it will get any action I've created a Yahoo group dedicated to swapping Traditinal knives. Either Slipjoints or Fixed knives. It should allow attachments of pictures.

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ClassicKnifeswapping/

You have to ask to join because that way if someone Spam's the list I can kick them off. I'll pobably need someone(s) to help moderating as I already moderate a Model Railroad list.

Anyway Enjoy.

-To the moderator of this section of the bladeForums I hope I haven't broken any rules here!? If I have please accept my apologies forthwith!

Cheers,
Gareth

Want to trade some of my vintage Robert Klaas (Kissing Cranes) knives from the 1950`s and some of my Brückmann folders from pre WW2. All unused and in like new conditions!
Looking for unused Brückmann knife (knives) preferably with stag handles!
Or custom/handmade slippie? (Style of Russ Easler/Ray Cover with stag handles) May add some cash, if that`s ok with the rules here!?
Also interested in nice friction folders.

Klaas: (All carbon steel blades!)

Boy, that Red Baron is really nice!
Don't think I have what you're after, though... Looking for anything else?

Thanks a lot for your nice comment, puukkoman!
That Red baron is a pretty nice and a well made folder indeed.

Unfortunately I prefer the above mentioned slippies. ;) :D
I`d also consider a nice forged fixed bladed hunter for a few of my knives. Could possibly add some cash.

I don't know if this fits here, but I have a Spyderco knife I'd like to trade for something more traditional. D'allara Drop point, photos and impressions in the review forum.

I'd like a nice slipjoint, will always take some 110's, a Queen D2 slippie or a Mountain Man lockback would be lovely.
