Smallest Spyderco I own but it’s a folder, yes it’s actually sharp lol.

The Kilby customs do a fantastic job of securing the knife in your hand using the butt of the knife with a carve out for your pinky finger. Probably my favorite small fixed blade.

Since folks are listing non-production:
Volunteer knife Model 3 is perfection.
Adam Kornalski ODC 100 is a fantastic knife.
Dalibor makes small/tough/sharp knives.

Wanting ‘production and available’, I highly recommend Cold Steel Mini Pendleton (available in different steel)-just get a better sheath from someone like RK Custom Kydex.
All of these small knives have handles that are actually comfortable.
