Small Sebenza or Strider PT

Just got home to a nice little package waiting for me:)

It is smaller than I had imagined, this is a positive for me (UK based) it is really light in the hand with a solid feel. It certainly has the look I was after when I originally posted my thread. It's razor sharp (shaved the back of my hand on the first opening of the blade:D that's the big kid in me:) )
The PT has exceeded my expectations let's hope my 3" XM does the same when it arrives, "are you listening Rick":)

This is going to be my EDC for the coming weeks:thumbup: :thumbup:

When the time comes, I WILL have one of those 3" Hinderers. Love the Ti as well:thumbup: .
 
I've EDC'd this knife since buying it, I have hardly been without it, it's now opening more smoothly due to use (well continual opening / closing:) )

To me it's the perfect EDC, certainly for the UK anyway.
It is very well constructed and has not failed in cutting anything I've thrown it's way.

It's so good I just bought a second one with Green G10 and digi finish to blade, this will be my kind of safe queen / backup EDC if ever I have to be without my original tiger striped PT:D

I can't recommend this knife enough, still waiting for my 3" Hinderer XM-18:)
 
Yeah the PT is a great knife. I bought one a month or so ago. As for the XM-18, I would love to get one, but Rick seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. I sent an E-Mail a couple of weeks ago with a read reciept on it. they read it, but did not respond. I guess it could just be me, but I don't know what I could have done. Steven
 
Rick is EXTREMELY busy!! He has another job besides being a knife maker; he is a firefigter too. He will get back to you.
 
Doh!!...I'm really sorry Steven! I did find it...it was right before Christmas and the usual Christmas rush haha...I must have read your email and thought "I'll write him back as soon as I finish up for the day" haha...and forgot....

i also have a small 3' "hard" prototype from trisak at yunaknives on order-he recently said it will be done in a month or so-i will be able to compare to my 3"xm and strider pt-
 
I do not have a Strider but I would considor one down the road.I have a lg rg seb that I have carried almost every day for a couple of months,and used as well.Love the f/f,thats why I bought two more and a Mnandi.I also ordered a Hinderer FireTac-Spanto from Les Robertson.Rick is doing all of his business through dealers from what he told me in November.I think this is going to be Christmas in the Spring for me!
