It's Just not making any sense to me looking at itLike I said before, I think Jeff said that bump is there for a reason. I think it's because it doesn't have metal bolsters and it helps save the pivot pin for the blade. Like when you're applying pressure cutting something, like cheese...
So the lock bar has the bump and not the blade.?Mine came today, all three have the small bump - I'm going to leave it, as I don't know why it's there but it must be for a reason. Very happy with this purchase - one of these will be fishing with me on Saturday or Sunday. The red really stands out. OH

Received both of mine. First thing I noticed was the bronze color in the nail nick. My first instinct thought it was rust. One of them was bronzy where blade is stamped Buck and in the nail nick. You can see what I mean in OH’s triple photo above. Is that normal for CPM154?
