Thanks for the update CM
I was thinking about your brother and his situation pretty recently....

How has your brother recovered physically?
Does he have any permanent injuries? Scars? Walks with a limp??
The reason I ask is because sometimes looking at a scar everyday or having a painful back everyday from a drunk driving accident is the best DETERRENT to future drunk driving
I know it is for me :(

I didn't know he was a straight A student
Just goes to show that alcohol DOES "impair your (good) judgement"

I think 4 years is fair
He can get out and still have a somewhat normal adult life..imho
 
He has no obvious physical impairments.
