What is everyone favorite hot sauce? i am a hot sauce and cayenne pepper addict. i easily go thru a bottle of hot sauce and a jar of cayenne pepper every week. im not big on tabascos flavor but its ok on popcorn. i like red hot and louisianna's flavor but they are not spicy enough so i increase the heat with Dave's insanity. im not big on extracts or the crazy hot stuff in the million+ scoville ratings but i have treid a few of blairs and mad dog 357 hot sauces and even "the source" extract which was stupid hot at over 7 million scovilles.

So flavor wise what do you guys prefer?

I like to put about 70 Thai hot chiles (I grow them) in about 1/2 cup of lemon juice with about 1 tablespoon of salt. Leave that in a jar in the fridge for 2 weeks and you have delicious Guamanian hot sauce. :thumbup:

Took out my last package of Bentons to thaw........gonna be some tasty blt's tomorrow.

Still undecided on what tablet to get the gf, but thank you to everyone for the advice yesterday. I know I'm not going to spend the money to get and ipad. I'd probably like to keep it around $200, so the google tablet and the kindle fire are pretty good choices right now.
