Hey I'm glad you like the recipe, it's one you can play around with and make your own I tweak it here and there when I feel like it (like adding different veggies and such). I really appreciate your offer but don't worry about it, I'm cool with my current tweener set up so no need to bother you with postage and making a trip to the PO, but that is really generous of you regardless. Best of luck in your cooking endeavors and feel free to solicit any cooking advice here, we have a lot of really good cooks in this subforum.

Jeebus, I'm tired. Between work, and family, sleep is in demand.

I love how the only store in Berlin that sells stainless UN bolts & nuts is open 0730-1500. I work 0700-1515.
 
Holy crap-balls, it's been a grip since I've been in this place. For the record...night shift blows, Beckers still rule, and I'm itchin' to do a little winter camping. That is all.

Oh, and I sincerely wish you all a very Merry Christmas, or Happy Chanukah, or Kwanza, or whatever holiday ya'll choose to celebrate!
