Snark before the Gathering

Good morning all. Stayed up last night stiching sheaths. Swigged on a few brews while I was at it. Must of sipped a few to many. My breakfest was 3 asprins and a pot of coffee. Damn I feel like sh!t. :barf:

While I didnt get drunk last night I too feel like shit. No amount of advills can help. Oh well off to school I go.

I want a lever action too. Tried getting my brothers from his wife after he passed away, but she wouldn't even think about it. I think a 357 or 45 colt levergun would be a blast.

Me too but I want .357 or .44
 
44 would be fun too. Any of the three would make me happy. I was actually looking around on buds the other day at them.
 
A 44 Lever is on my list...but I've got to buy one for my wife first. She's still deciding what she wants.

My Uberti 44 Mag revolver with a 44 lever would be a blast.
 
I have a few levers.... love 'em. .357 is a cool levergun round - a hillbilly assault rifle! Lotsa rounds in that tube.
Ruger is making a .357 BOLT rifle! OMG, I held it... never cared much for the .44 version, but a .357? sawheeet!

Welp, got my new marlin 336. It's purdy. I've always wanted a lever gun. Came with a scope and a nice tooled leather sling. Not too shabby. I may need to sell off some of my knives and such to help fund the new habit. Got a whole bunch of blades I never use...
 
I never liked shooting a lever gun scoped...but that's just me. I grew up shooting my dad's Winchester 64 and love that one.

Yeah, the stock geometry is geared towards irons. But with a comb riser pad it should be lovely.
 
It's got high rings, so I can still use the iron sights. I didn't really care that much about the scope, but hey, if it's included, I figured I might as well. Nice thing about getting a scope thrown in, is that it's free, and it's removable.
