Yeah.... Unlike Pepsi... If he had put Pepsi in that crock pot, he would have ended up with a pot full of duck squirt.....

Just sayin'

Snark

Doc. :barf: :D

LMAO, When i was in the army we always boiled ribs with beer.... The best ribs came out after using old english! Now OE is not a good tasting beer. I have drank hundreds of them but thats just because they were cheap and back then i was not picky.

Now the same thing goes with crock pots... you need a nasty drink to start with to make it end up good. you cook off all the nasty.

See with Pepsi there is no nasty to cook off, so your left with just condensed awesomeness that your tongue cant compute.

:D

Friendship is in my stomping ground. I have a lot of friends there and spend a lot of time there. My father in law has acreage real close. there are a few vendors there that carry my knives, did you see any of them. I will be there towards the end of the week. You should of called me or Murph, you where less than a hour away from us.

We were meeting up with some friends over there for a family thing and were pretty cramped for time, or I would have. I didn't see any Hunts there, but there's no way I saw it all either.

Bk10 helped my out in the kitchen makin' a breakfast burrito. Loving this knife so far. It's going to the woods with me next weekend.

Nice, Eero, that's tasty looking! Looks like some fresh micarta on that 10, too.

..:-(

James, I have seen some posts and videos from you in the past regarding bladesports, have you been to any events? If so, do you know how they keep the cardboard paper rolls standing up on the table? And the straws too?

Only one in person, at BLADE last June. I think the tubes/straws fit into a hole drilled in a board, but I'm not 100% sure. Ask Dan, he would know for certain.

Go to one if you get a chance, it's a hoot and very family-friendly. When I was there they gave out chunks of the ropes and golf balls they cut up.

Was just seeing if anyone was around. If I stay signed in it locks up on me about every five minutes. I don't know if it's something funny with my browser or what.

If you are using a tablet it might be having issues. You can get different browsers though, some of them do work, but not all of them. If it is your computer, I have no idea what to tell you except don't use Internet Explorer.

Sounds like fun, im going to try and go to the next one at peters heat treat.

Does anyone else get a burning sensation when they snark? It started the day after I met the gal at the bar...

I've got my first Ka-bar USMC coming. Thanks to a good deal on the exchange.
I'm kind of stoked really.
It was the "one knife" I was looking into buying a couple years ago.
While researching it, I stumbled into Bladeforums, found BK&T, bought a BK2...and many other Beckers. Lol
I never wound up getting that USMC...but the journey has come full circle it seems! :D

I would of never thought of putting coke in any food prep but it was good! I've heard and done sunkist juice with seasoning marinate for carne asada or tri tip. A lady told me about using a can of coke then as it steams up the pork shoulder cooks in its own juice.

I used to drink old e and that stuff is an aquired taste..

Cool circuit. I'd pick the Mk-1 myself as I prefer the flat grind and straight clip.

Once I cooked pepsi in a saucepan until it dried out. It turned into an amazing lattice of carbon cake, filling the entire saucepan. Almost had to toss the pan. Don't think I drank pepsi since.

I just got a shipping label emailed to me from Sig Sauer, so I can send a gun back to them and I can't get the darn thing to print properly!! It was sent as a jpeg attachment in the email. When I open it and try printing it is huge, so I picked a smaller size picture to print and it seems the right size, but is really fuzzy. Any suggestions?

changing the viewing size on the screen doesn't change the actual resolution of the image or the result on paper.
JPEGs are naturally blurry because of the lossy compression. Strange way to send a label - I'd expect pdf, png, or gif at the worst.

What OS and software are you using to view/print the image?

Windows vista and just whatever software it would print from after I open it in the picture viewer and click print.

Just tried with the software from our Canon printer and its better, but not quite right......I'll keep trying.

Oh, you have the Windows virus.

See if you can get gimp for windows or some other real image handling software.
Hell, even opening it in your browser might produce better results.

Just got back from a long weekend away with Amanda. We hit up Jasper beach and Acadia National Park. Did the downeast tourist type stuff. Liberated some steel from some tourist traps. I am in love with the Helle. The Cutlass is going to be for yard work.
