Stuff I picked up this weekend...

Cook books all .50 - $1.00 each...

I am especially interested in reading the International Garlic Festival cookbook and the Early American Herb recipes.. with recipes like fried calf's feet and multiple head cheese recipes to nerve tonics and sweet water (cologne).. should be an interesting read. Most of the recipes are early to mid 1800's.

Also got a couple filet knives just because.. $1.00 for both.. Buck 127 and a Gerber A6X.. also got a really nice turkey call for free.

Not a rifle or $500 custom folder, but I am still happy :)

I was also checking out that folder, The Helle Dokka. It was actually cheaper to buy the Gaupe than the Dokka. The Dokka has a nice big handle and a positive lock. It was a hard choice. I have a soft spot for scandis.

You know, this Kershaw Camp 10 is quite the blade for 31 bucks delivered. Quite the blade indeed. I dismantled some tree parts with it today and am impressed. It reminds me of a Boomslang the way it chops.

Thanks! '83 F250 extended cab, 351 Windsor, C6 tranny.

Nice. I just sold my '90 F250 supercab 4x4, 460/c6 back in April. Liked the truck but I don't need that much pickup right now. Bought a little truck that gets good mileage.

My cousin had that same truck. He blew a tranny in it.

They got married just recently........... HA

Wait Allan is that you ?

Bazinga!
