I have a 15, 13, 4 and 10 month old all boys I used to have leftovers now it never happens

I don't think you would be disappointed. We used ours almost every day for just over two weeks. Christine and I were very impressed. It's now been permanently added to our climbing/camping kitchen kit. Great slicer. Am I sounding like a fan?

Like I said, I would probably opt for the 15 instead. Probably wouldn't matter what I got her, she would still reach for her Mora Companion. She loves that thing.

There was a show back in the late nineties early two thousands that was based in England. It was a DARK show it was great. I wish I could remember the name of it. I'm definitely a fan of dark shows. Although it isn't always the case. Case in point, Big Bang Theory. Do love that show.

The Brits are great at this sort of thing - don't even know where to start with a list. I think the reason they do well with it is because many of the shows are written with a closed story arc. They know how the series will end and this allows them to explore more complex (darker?) issues. In North America we tend to drag out story lines depending on the ratings. And if the ratings sag, the shows get cancelled before the story is completed (anyone remember Carnivàle?).

That said, the Brits can also make some really shitty TV. Their reality shows are a prime example.

I didn't know you had a list!

It was crusted with a mixture of prepared horseradish, kosher salt, garlic, rosemary, and olive oil while it roasted. The crust comes off before slicing, because it mostly tastes like salt, but it does give great flavor as the meat roasts for 2 hours.
It's a short list. Right now you're the only one on it :D

Ok, not really a list, I just want some prime rib!

If you go get a whipped cream dispenser you can make some horseradish mousse and pour it into the dispenser, and do a little quenelle on top of the horseradish. It's AMAZING trust me!

I loved Carnivale. It was a great show. Fox has a habit of cancelling great shows. Not really sure why but they have a habit of it. Firefly, was another one of those.

Not that it was a show, but Mirrormask was another of those creepy awesome movies. You should check it out if you haven't seen it already.

ALL reality shows are really shitty! At least that is my take. I'll watch some dramas, some sit-coms, I hate reality tv though.

I have a Companion HD and a regular and one of my boys has a Robust

Cancellation is one reason that i never watch tv or cable series until the season is finished. then i buy the season dvd set and watch that. much easier and i don't miss an episode.

I agree. Painful to watch and they were only created because they were cheaper to make. The studious/producers don't have to pay real writers for content/script.

I will have to try that in the future. I had to google "quenelle" though...

Most reality shows are that way

Agreed. There is very little "reality" in most of them. I would really call them "semi-scripted" personally.
