Quick grits I have. I'll try DE too... I have used DE on plants before to help control certain bugs... But that was indoor... Won't it stop being affective the first rain?

I'd rather not use a poison unless I can find one that is pet safe... Neko likes to bite grass, moss, leaves, sticks.. Dirt... Everything on the ground that gets too close to his tennis balls lol


I tried boiling water already... Killed a bunch, but now instead of 4 large mounds, I have 100 very small mounds scattered all over.... Very tactical maneuvering ants... You win this round... But the war has only just begun!

Even if I can't kill them all without poison... Maybe I can keep pissing them off so much they move...

WW just buy the food grade DE. It still kills bugs like its poison, but it doesnt harm pets or humans, and I think it doesnt kill bugs like spiders, because they dont have the same waxy coating that roaches fleas ticks bedbugs and ants do.

Back in the mid 80's my sister had a Sony Walkman that you could collapse down by about half an inch e when you were using it just as a radio without a cassette in it. Even though I was more of an AIWA man, her Walkman was TOTALLY RAD!

why buy when passive "amps" are so easy to make out of leftovers?

I'm actually thinking about getting the amp to use with my headphones. I'm guessing your passive amps will work better as room speakers, but hey, I've got some duct tape. I'll try 'em out as headphones.

Anyway I made Pork Loin Becker a la C-Bear, with sausage stuffing, mashed taters, green bean casserole, and crescent rolls

Thanks Jeremy. I saw 3 does this morning, and saw the 6 pointer late this evening but he dropped into a hollow and it got dark before I saw him again. Might see if I can get him tomorrow after church or maybe before if I feel like getting up early. :thumbup:
