Most of the actual timber is on the other side all together its 50/50 timber pasture/hay. The house is a fraction of what we are used to and there is no shop or garages. So all that is in the air for now but I cant be more excited. Of course everyone else thinks we are nuts leaving the big house but the wife and I are excited.

In other news, I got to see Star Wars tonight. It was certainly worth the $4.25. Only about 20 people in the whole theater. I need to remember the 5:30 showing the Monday before Christmas. I might make a regular habit of it!

So.... My credit score is not great... Just under 650... But I got the best interest rate I ever had on a vehicle when I bought this truck... Was happy about that and didn't think much of it...

But now the credit union that financed my truck is offering me a credit card at only 4.9% interest for 6 months, then 9.9% forever..... My other 2 credit cards are at 19.9, and 21.9%.....

Something is not right... I'm worried there is a hidden scam somewhere... Not sure how they can give such a lower rate... I'd love to cut my interest in half.... But I'm worried it's a trap.


I hate banks. Can never trust people when it comes to money.

Quit with the fires!!! I've been really getting the itch to do some ice fishing, but the ice is way behind this year. The big lake finally froze over this weekend, but now we need cold weather to make it safe to be on.
