Can any body tell me why I'm having so much trouble with photobucket. It is driving me insane. It takes days for the pics to upload. If it does at all. Freakin pissin me off!

So today being the last day of 2014. I wanted to finish up a few projects that where bugging me. End out the year with with a feeling of accomplishment I guess. Anyway, I pretty much finished up my little 3 wheeled wagon I'm making for my buddies 1 year old grandson. Body work, paint, wood work and assembly all done. I can finally check this project off the list. Its going to be fun giving this to the little fella here in the next week or so, right now its setting here in my living room and it looks pretty good in here. Lol.








For those of you that don't remember or didn't see it, this is what I started with


Both the wagon and the tricycle belonged to my buddies daughter, the mother of the boy I made this for. The tricycle had been ran over by a forklift, and the wagons wood was rotted and the floor was rusted through and had to be replaced. It would of been a lot less work to make this out of new stuff, but then it wouldn't of had the same meaning. I made it so his Mom and Dad can pull him around until he gets big enough to reach the pedals, then they can take the foot pegs and pull handle off and he can drive it himself.

Cant wait to see the little guy on it, he's a sweet boy, and the whole family has treated me like one of there own my whole life. Good people.

Don't expect much and its hard to be disappointed. ;)

My wild night tonight is just me and the wife drinking a couple of beers and watching a movie or two. My daughter is hanging out at grandma's house, and my son is here with us. Might play a board game or two. Im sure its gonna be a wild one. Lol. Wouldn't have it any other way though. To any of you guys out and about tonight, be safe! Happy New Year!

While I can't personally chime in on this subject because, you known, I can't drink :D I do know that my mom and older siblings enjoy ole Tennessee moonshine

Thanks Dubz, it is pretty cool, its wouldn't be that hard to make with all new parts, I had to replace, redo or make everything on this one, but, I did it out of the parts that belonged to the mother of the boy that's getting it, so it has more meaning. The bad thing about making it out of new parts, is that a radio flyer tricycle new is $80. Then a new wagon it $140. So there's $220. bucks in one just to get started. Be hard to make any money on one that way. I have accumulated a few wagons and things lately, got a couple other wagon themed projects that you'll probably see pop up here and there, but just for fun really.
 
Camping got nixed. We were already running late (I'll let you guess who's fault that was), then when we got to our chosen destination we found out it was no longer open for camping.
