coffee and big red don't really fit into the same sentence, one is the a gift from above, and the other, well... not quite.

I second all this...
I used to bring Big Red back to NC from TX. Only a couple of years ago it's finally for sale around here.

And don't get me started on mayo... wtf with mayo on burgers!? Who does that!? And why do I have to ASK for mustard and NO mayo...and STILL get mayo!? That's just wrong...and mayo is for sissies and it's disgusting.
 
In other news...
Found a hornet's nest a little while ago.
The hard way. Finally an evening that's sorta not like being in a hot wet blanket outside. The once every 5 years I mow without a shirt. they got about 4 good licks in. The mowers still there near the nest. Gotta figure out my next move. For the time being, I'm trying not to die. Took 2 benadryl and I think I'm gonna break out in hives. Never had this kinda reaction to a sting but can't remember having this many either. Got an epi pen on stand by...

chase the bendryl with ranitidine.
cover the sting with a wet tea bag or crushed up cigarette soaked with cider vinegar -- the acetic acid and nicotine neutralize the venom -- so does the tannic acid in the tea bag.

I can't believe anyone, anywhere drinks that swill....but there you have it - the summation of human nature. Given the quantities of that and all the other crap beer sold in mass quantities, only one conclusion is possible: the Coneheads are taking over.

Well, you walked right into that one. And I'm young, still.....I've even been told I act like a little boy a few times. Come to think of it, been a lot more times than a few - a LOT more times.

I take it to mean that I'm still young........at heart.
