Yeah I can barely get into a pseudo-jog for short periods but I alternate between that and walking. Went a little over 3 miles today. On the treadmill 30-second intervals are about right for me but when I'm outside I just go with what I feel like. The route I did has some pretty good grades so on the long downhill stretch I can jog for a ways.
Hopefully next time I do a chopping video I can go more than 10 swings without getting winded and people will stop commenting on how they're worried I'm gonna keel over.
