I saw it at a c-store not long ago. I resisted the urge to indulge.

Got some the other day. I think it tastes like normal Pepsi with a splash of diet or something mixed in. My friend loves it though.

A young kid (I guess 25 seems young when you're one year away from 50) who has been coming over to climb also happens to work for an AC company. I thanked him and mentioned that the generous discount was not necessary, but he insisted. Seems like he was impressed that we would let Alex (the young kid) climb here for free.

I mentioned this to Triggs and we were both surprised that having someone over to climb was such a big deal. We started climbing in the mid-80s when the community was smaller and everyone seemed more welcoming of other climbers. We've always tried to pass along the generosity that we experienced. In many ways, the folks that we've met from this forum seem to embody these same ideals.

Here's hoping that the AC is working tonight!

That's awesome Gus! If you ever lose your AC again and need a place for some cool sleep, just give me a call brother. I got to check out Aspire climbing gym here in Milton the other day. I wasn't able to do any climbing but my oldest was at a birthday party there and I was able to check out the facilities. It looks really clean and fun. One of my neighbours kids works there, I want to see if I can get a day pass or something ;)

I mowed my 2 acres today... Excuse me. 2.05 acres.....That .05 is only significant when you're mowing in 90+ degrees in between raining spells causing it to be so humid you could drink the boiling air.

Took 7hours. Lawnmower needs New blades bad. One pass wasn't cutting shit. I got a tan. Drank a few cold beers to stay alive and for the first time i missed renting LMAO. :D

Pfft! wah to your 90+ when its 100+ with the humidity here :P The other day it got up to 107!!! I haven't even had to cut my lawn for about a month now because its been so dry. We've gotten a little bit of rain the other day and today. Hopefully the grass comes back to life soon lol.
 
Yea i just checked the Ontario weather and it seems to range from 60 to 80 degrees everyday right now... It's been over 90 here the last few days.

Before we moved here my wife would say... It gets just as hot and humid in Philly as here in Florida... I'd tell her sure the numbers look close but it's a different heat...

When we got here last summer she admitted she was way wrong. We lived in Texas for 5years also... The temp number could be 108 but not feel as hot as it does here when it's 90.
 
Hoss that Crystal pepsi is decent. Does taste a bit similar but not as good as regular pepsi to me. Still better than dr pepper, coke....

or surge HAHA!

Oh my god I haven't had that stuff in forever!! I haven't seen it around my area yet either. I used to like that stuff. But I also used to like big red when I was a kid now it's nasty to me.
 
I have nothing to contribute.....that's why I'm posting it here.

Also, I just finished reading the last 4/2/1 pages of Snark from the old thread - and I'm bummed I missed it when it was live. You guys were on fire. We need to get D-Rock back on the job for the chat room.
 
OK, after posting that I, for shits and giggles - and also because I am all about DIY - looked up how to make your own chat-room. I will attempt to master the technology. It may be a few days. With any luck....I'll come up with something that, at the very least, doesn't suck.
 
Granite We need to grab a beer some time, maybe some grub. This holds true for all the folks in my neck of the woods ..lol
 
I know how to do chatrooms - at least on standalone servers. But I'm anti-volunteering because I already have to run one for scientists.

Pepsi tastes like a pound of sugar with a Coke poured into it and some extra preservatives.

Original Coke, I dont mean back when it had Coke in it, but Before they made new Coke, and then came out with "Original" Coke again. Real Coke is sooooo good. Ice cold Mexican Coke in the glass bottle damn
