i have to keep researching who makes "my next light".

i'm a big fenix fan for a long time.

though my late long time favorite is jet beam, but they've had issues...

so, in the meantime, it's a short list. didn't get to do my usual research at Blade, so, some internets are required

be kinda cool to see 2000 lumen flashlights in the same package that i have 500 in.

Finished off a Moosehead Lager. A nice easy-drinking beer that's perfectly suited for warm-weather quaffing. It also happens to be brewed in the oldest still independently owned brewery in Canada. The brewery is located in Saint John, New Brunswick where it was founded in 1867.

It's funny that you mentioned that.

Curious to see what you go with and why you chose it.

Are you tired of your slippery-handled Becker knife flying out of your hands? Are you concerned about Public Safety?

Then this mod is for you.

That is an impressive mod. A mod for a true manly man.

And thanks for caring about user and public safety.

I've had an awesome day. First off, The kids and I took a buddy of mine to the local flea market just to kill some time. Well he is definitely going with me more often cause I no more than spoke "I need to find a decent double bit axe head to modify for a project I have in mind..." BAM Within thirty seconds I found one... I have been looking for forever for one and like magic it happened today. Also found a good project Old Hick, which is currently in an oil bath...

Next I have been looking at the AG Russell Hunters Scalpel for a while now just tossing around the idea of a micro super light fixed blade... Ive talked myself out of it more times that I can count but the other day I decided 20 bucks was no big deal just to try something out. Got it in today and its pretty neato! The sheath is really cool with great retention, and the blade is ground real thin and well so it cuts really good... Its definitely a 2 fingered or so knife, but I still dig it. Its fun, lots of novelty, with still some function. Been using it as a necker and its so light I havent even noticed it. Plus its small and light enough that I can throw it in a pocket and just have it there for little back up blade. I would recommend!

Necker to necker

Tiny Little thang...

Love that glass. Is it from a brewery? And that's a good looking growler.
Yessir! It is from Big Woods in Nashville, IN. They also bottle under Quaff On Brewing Co.

The growler (and glass) is full of Mashcraft's Red Ale which has become one of my favorites. It also doesn't help that it is 3 miles away from my apartment and a whole 1.5 miles away from the neighborhood we are looking into.

This....

Finally! Something with some grip. That is awesome.Too bad our friend is already banned. He will never see his dream knife.

Guyon will love this too :D

Thanks guys! I have only had it one day but I like it so far. For anyone who is intersted you can get them on the river store with different kits with additional batteries, wall chargers, and car chargers. I opted for the kit with two rechargeable batteries and a car adapter. Shouldn't have a reason to not have light now.

C bear, glad to hear you have had the light a while and like it. Thanks for the tip on the SOE pouch. Do you have any pictures of the light in the pouch? Does it fit well, or does it fit enough to get by? Also, those keychain lights look like a must buy as well.

It's not EXACTLY perfect, but it fits in there REALLY good. It's loose enough that you can put it in and take it out no problem without it getting floppy from being TOO loose.

(giggity)

I got mine from Going Gear and their customer service was AMAZING! I didn't check prices around honestly, I just knew I was getting my light from there.

We finally have a nice day today. 78°, and sunny. It rained here all week, and then some. Doing deliveries in the rain sucks.

Here too. We had a slight sprinkling here earlier today but overall it's been REAL nice.

Good try, but needs more Glock tape.

You are going to have to get a new BK9 because that is too badass not to keep that way.... There may be a hot spot or two using it, but you will train your hands to callus up and it should fit like a glove then.

No hot spots.... It's not a running car motor.... You know better...but lifting withts will toughen up your hands and make you strong enough to hold it. Plus, if you were smart enough, you could hold it with your mind.

Doc

Good points, Doc. I keep forgetting that the 9 is the literally the same knife as the 4.... The only difference being greed and marketing, that is.

Yeah, that BK-9 has used up its 2400 hundred whacks and I need to retire it anyway.
