LOL, i prolly was awake enough to see it but i didnt know it was there.

But i have been getting more sleep. Last night i got close to 3 hours but after i took the kids to school i got another 2.... If i lay in my hammock for more than 10-20 minutes i fall asleep almost every time.
 
I saw it on the 10 o'clock news or I wouldn't have known about it. It actually did have a reddish color. Blood moon. It started about 5am central time.

I've been sick for a week now and haven't had a good night's sleep since last Tuesday. I'm at the doctor's office now so hopefully I'll get something so I can feel well enough to sleep a few hours. Ok, my pity party is over.

Daizee - what the heck is a spoonerism? If it has anything to do with you and Moose up on Half Moon Ridge, I really don't want to hear about it. SNARK!!!
 
So, you guys remember a last month I posted some pics of a little parts runner wagon I'm making out of a old tricycle and radio flyer wagon for my buddies little grandson who has just turned one. Well, im still truckin along on it. The pics I showed you earlier it was just mocked up. Now, I got all of the fabrication done and I will be sending it to the blast shop and then its just bodywork and paint. The wagon I used was in worse shape than I thought and the whole floor had to be replaced.

Here's what I started with

Since the boy is just now one, he's not quite big enough to pedal it himself. So, I took the handle off of the wagon and molded it into the forks, that way his mom and dad can pull him around in it and still use it like the wagon. When he gets bigger, all they have to do is pull the pin and the handle comes off.


The seat pan flips up and my wife bought him a little set of plastic tools were gonna put in there.


New floor and seat pan.


Its totally functional, just gotta make it pretty now. Ive already made new oak bed rails for it and have the seat pieces ready, so once I blast it and get the body work done, (hopefully in the next week or so) paint and assembly will go quick.

Lol, thanks guys, I really looking forward to giving it to the little guy. His mommy works in the office of the building my new shop is in. Her and her husband are like family to us. She was the only babysitter my daughter ever had. Just great people. Whats funny is im building it right under her nose and she has no idea. Lol. Gonna be cool when I unveil it to them all done.

Lol, no neighbors here to piss off. My new shop is in a corner of a old warehouse right in the middle of our local airport. So, I can get this baby up to flight speed if I wanted to. :D

I did the etchant thing on it. It's sexy as hell in person. I'm going to do one for myself like that.
 
That wagon trike has come a long way from when I seen it exploded on the bench. It's a cool project and even cooler story for them someday. That'll be sure to stay in the family for years Todd.
