I'm gonna try! Supposed to be some high winds, so I'll have to take it easy.

Got a new flashlight today!! The fenix ld01 that I dropped into the grill started acting up on me so I trashed it. I got a fenix e11. It has a 35 and a 115 lumen setting and turns on with a button on the end that I like much better that having to twist it to turn it on. I wasn't sure if it was gonna be too big yo throw in my pocket, but so far it seems just right. Ill give it a. :thumbup:
 
I have the fenix e11 as well. its my favorite light!

Love the output on 1 AA. throw in an eneloop and its good to go!

only thing i didn't like is the lanyard hole was so small and i couldn't tie anything onto it and didn't like keeping it in my pocket... but i love this!

My fenix e11 is black though... Dericdesmond aka Eric made this sheath, he is a member here.

Thats pretty cool. I'm not much of a lanyard type so that doesn't bother me. I just throw it in my pocket and go. A clip would be nice. I really need to order some enloops. I had some energizer rechargeable that sucked, but I'm told the enloops are awesome.
 
Ill never buy any other type battery again. All the remotes, kids toys, everything gets eneloops now and its crazy how long they last before needing a charge.... then just throw them back in and good to go.

I have tried a bunch of rechargeable batteries, hell what parent hasn't lmao, but they would always die so fast, or even die just sitting in the drawer as back ups, they would be dead when i would need them, even though they were full charge when i put em away. Then it seems they would stop holding a charge after only a few charges. But not the eneloops! You save the extra money they cost real quick.

I think the dust on my bench was tainted with micarta, cause it looks like I filled the hole with s***!:eek::mad: It looked fine before I polished it. :confused: And to top it all off, my fingers are covered in superglue!:o

My mom just got out of surgery and they didn't find any obvious signs of cancer. The surgeon was 90% sure he would find cancer. It looks like it was just a really bad infection. We're still waiting on the pathology report but so far it looks good.

I need to thank everyone for the smoke & prayers. This has been one if the toughest weeks of my life and I appreciate all the support.

I thank God for this blessing and all the others that I've received.

I'm using a Fenix LD12 now, and love it. Fenix makes great lights. I use rechargeables, because I've got a portable recharger that can charge from USB or solar power. Haven't tried eneloops yet, but I hear good things.
 
RK, glad to hear it all went well.

I need a new flashlight. I have my Microstream trying to find something to just throw in my day bag though.
 
New laptop kicks ass, touchscreen is weird though. RK, glad to hear good news about your ma.
