I am with you, anything more than 350 is for true tactical applications where you use the light to blind people imho ..lol
I like the slick looks of that pack. Sometimes you just don't want a bunch of stuff hanging off. That would make a good hot weather minimalist fast overnighter. Please PM me where you snagged that Biscuit.
If you could, PM him a smack in the mouth as well. For balance.
I'm afraid of him. He flips poisonous snakes at people.
That's just an urban legend. It started when he started exposing himself to people at the Paducah Rotary Club Spring Tea Party for the red hat ladies back in '92.
It then became a tradition, and strangely enough, the population always spikes nine months afterwards every year.
Whoa, I was typing when you posted that last one. Sorry to hear about your father in law. Tell V we are sorry for her loss.
I don't doubt the population bang, but I think we're talking about different snakes. I personally have seen the golden glint of a copperhead as it arced in my direction.
You know how they said Medusa had snakes for hair? He has the same thing kinda, just someplace else.![]()
tradewater, that's a nice looking knife. Ethan got the Tackett I thought about buying at the Gathering. Guess I should order one.
After Gus filled me in on Haglofs gear, I went ahead and ordered another pack to try out.
This one is suitable for an overnight trip, and is made from bombproof 840 denier ballistic nylon and 1680 denier ballistic nylon.
Heavier, but actually made for sliding down rock faces. Should hold up well.
I'm waiting to see about torso fit, but if that checks out, I think I'll like the pack.
