i find that some grease, and two screws typically adjust many things, quite well. afterwards, things are smooth, and relaxed :)

eh, it aint quite to scar stage yet...still healing, but yeah, it's gonna leave a scar looks like. Not too bad, my SIL's steri-strip ''stitching'' held it together well and it's not a puffy ''rope'' scar.
 
We buried Craig today, pretty messed up here. Also came within a fraction of a nano inch (yes, that close) of kicking my bosses ass today. I shit you not. He cowered like a little girl. SO sick of that assh*le.

Pass on the Wetterlings, The heads kept coming off. I'm a big fan of the gransfor Bruks though.

Long story, but, he's an assh*le, period. Screwing me around, and I let him know about it today. I just asked him about it nicely. He was backed into a verbal corner, he had no where to go. That's the thing about the truth, there's no counter to it. There's no such thing as a good liar. That's an oxymoron. So, the only thing he could do, besides shake and stutter, was to start yelling. When I got in his face and yelled back, he didn't want anything to do with it. End of argument, but not the end of him being a lying assh*le.

typically a user error :)

drive your wedges in good. use glass epoxy and small carved wood filler if you have gaps.

THEN soak the entire head in a bucket of boiled linseed oil - the BLO job so to speak. take out, let drip dry for a day or two.

the oil sinks in and swell the wood, realllly good, and protects it as well.

if you STILL lose heads, drill and pin.

if you're really nuts, soak the whole handle too. buff with a scotch bright. good grip.

i have a crap ton of them, and have posted pictures all over this forum :)

like them a lot :)

look for one soon by KaBar (i programmed the CNC myself, they don't know, so don't tell them, midnite run ;> j/k)
