We had what seems like a welcome, cool spring. But, this too shall pass. Beach weather weekend ahead.

Been in the 90's here as well. Humidity is the killer though. 91% right now.

We've been kissing close to 100 all week and are supposed to hit it today. Humidity is supposed to make it feel like 106. A good day to be indoors this afternoon.

We've been getting hit with the same heat and humidity – brutal.

Things are finally improving. 60 ºF today and only 70% humidity.

Yea man, just barely bigger then minnows... But hopefully they'll help me catch some real fish tonight

Caught these on live shad and some carp cut bait. The carp were shot bowfishing, the shad caught with a cast net.

Not doing as good on round 2... Caught maybe 7 or so. We got about an hour or so before we done. Hopefully I'll pull in a couple more.

Had to show off my new buddy. Just picked him up yesterday.

A little older than I would have liked at 4 months but the breeder needed to move him due to being in a tight spot. Apparently he has too much white on him for breeding purposes but he is healthy, strong, and has been very well taken care of.

Meet Saxon. He is going to be a stout dude.
