Sneak Peek At The Busse Combat 1911. . . .

Hi All-

I've said for years once Busse micarta grips are offered for pistols I own I would be a guaranteed customer! Did someone say they'll be available for SIG-SAUER models in the near future?

I Just called Baer:

There are two models, a rail model and a non-rail model. Both come with the knife and sheath, and the rail model comes with the light, knife and sheath. Desert Tan finish.

Estimated delivery time: 12- 18 weeks. Taking orders NOW.

the rail model = $3,840.00

Damn. Time to start posting some knives on the "for sale" board.

I'm going down to place my order today.

Like the guy above said, how about some grips for my Sigs.

Awesome!! I'd been looking at a Kimbert Warrior, but I think I may have to fork over a little more now for my first .45.... Hmmmm on second thought.....
 
Both of my Baer's shoot like a dream! I have Thunder Ranch Special and a Stinger and they are great guns. The only thing I will probably have done to them someday is refinishing. I am rough on blueing for some reason.

Hey Jerry is the tan finish their Poly Ceramic coating or something else?

They do look darn nice. I think I have a couple of Spydercos I could sell - that woudl be a start.......Perhpas the grips can be sold seperatly - I have a nice Argentine 45 they would really dress up........:eek:

I'll have to get one to go along with my Kimber 1911, and see about gettin some grips to match.Very nice lookin blade.
 
I can't wait to feel one of these. Much cooler than the blued versions you had with you last year Jerry.
