Snow in North Ga giveaway

I'm in. We have about two inches on the ground right now. It's been several years since we have had enough snow to worry too much about. Best thing to do is light the fire and pick a movie. Preferably a corney 80's action flick like Commando. Thanks for the chance!

I'm in! Thank you. Parts of my state see 170 inches of snow yearly and temps that can drop to minus 60. Right now, I'm sitting at a balmy 7 above. I don't get snowed in. When it snows, I have to go out and shovel, lol! Then I walk 1 mile to get to the stray cats on North Main St. and get them dug out and fed. That's my routine.

WHOA there cowboy. A corny 80s movie would be Sixteen Candles or Adventures in Babysitting.

Commando is full of VHS Awesomeness.
 
I'm in. Thanks! I'm just north of you a couple hrs in east TN so we got 2" and that keeps most off the roads for several hours. We broke out the Wii for our 10 and 11 year old daughters but now they are asking when it will be their turn. So Wii, check BF, Wii, check BF, etc...
 
I'm in! Thanks for the chance. When I get snowed in I usually binge watch Netflix or movies, spend time with my family, and I usually find some time to do some knife maintenance.
 
I was gonna say "Not an entry but I know how that throws a monkey wrench into things so I'm in but if I win send it to BA who's used to snow like us folks in NEPA and doesn't even blink an eye till they start talkin' 12" or more.

When we get copious amounts of snow here most times I just go out and play. If it too bad to get up the driveway which is rare I play in the weeds out back with the dog or go down by the stream in the yard and take pictures. The other alternative is to hang out inside with a fire goin' in the fireplace and watch old movies on Netflix while sharpening knives. :)

Not an entry but we're getting freaking snow in Eugene! Hasn't snowed in a couple years. Not an entry but I appreciate the chance! :)
 
Cool gaw! If I were snowed in, I was semi snowed in today, I would top off the bird feeder for the blue jays, junkos, starlings, blackbirds, hairy woodpeckers, red woodpeckers and watch them go buck wild! Clean a cage or two as well, hang out with the wife, make pancakes! It was actually a fun day!
 
I'm in! This is a cool giveaway. Thanks for the chance. I've never owned a condor knife. If snowed in, I would probably pitch a tent in my living room and grab some sleeping bags. My kids and I would "camp in" and then spend the next morning sledding.
 
I'm in! Very generous of you Andy! :thumbup: We have snow on the ground here in MI but that is normal for this time of year. Brutally cold. Wind chill is right at zero today. I spent most of the day in the basement, putting away and organizing some of our Xmas decor and made a pile of stuff to donate. I had the James Madison - Youngstown State football game on too. It was a putter in the basement kind of day. I also made some beef stew in the slow cooker. I'm a decent soup/stew/chili slow cooker cook.:p
 
I'm in, Andy and THANKS. Up here in crystal lake il, we'd call it "normal". It's a great excuse to lay in and catch up on dvds, sharpening knives, a good nap, having an excuse to do the square root of nothing. Of course all that after breaking one's back shoveling this stuff. Every year I question my sanity to still stay here after 65 years. Thanks again, Andy. Best regards to all the forum-family.

I'm in. I live in ny and while snowing today in went bow hunting in ct. When I lived in CO I would be snowboarding. Could be ice fishing next time. I like to get out. Love the snow but hate those who not equipped to be out too.

I'm snowed in here, sitting by the woodstove and trying my hardest to carve a little wooden horse head... We'll see how it goes. I come around here sometimes, and is the power goes out then I guess things will get interesting.

I'd have a fire in the fireplace, and my 2 yr old hanging out with me Tending to the fire and grilling out on the deck, so we can keep mommy and the baby (6wks) fed and comfortable. He loves being my little buddy and doing stuff like that with me.
 
Very generous, I'm in! We just received our first snowfall in KY as well. These cold nights are no match against a nice single barrel bourbon on the rocks. Happy New Year.
