No joke!!! I'd been watching that auction since it went up and when pharm put his up I knew I had to have it or I might be in deep doodoo. I'm a happy dude! :D
 
Anyone's triple 7 rattle at all? I'm not sure where the noise is coming from...
 
Mine's all solid.. might wanna check the three screws that hold the lockbar to the scale. One may be loose?
 
Found the problem
It's the bearings making noise
Just had to tighten the pivot slightly
 
I think I am going to carry this for awhile
I like how it fits in my pocket. I carry my knife in my left front despite being right handed, and the shape of this knife just works.
 
Still waiting for Thomas W to send me a free one.
 
Are these knives really discontinued forever??? I saw that on KAI's website... anyone have any input on this?

As Limited Editions they were never planned to be continued forever.

The 0770CF is regular production so it'll be around for a long time but there'll be a limited edition 0770 with Aluminum handles.

This just makes me sad. I wish I have $2000 to spend on a knife, and I wish my 0777BLK is worth $2000. Talk about 7 being a lucky number. The folks who manage to get an original 0777 are definitely lucky.
