So, how many pushups can you do?

25 and it liked to kill me. Last 3 were all over the place, but I got 'em. The guy that works behind me thought I had lost my mind. LOL.

Just wait, I'm sure you'll confirm that thought for him at some point :)

I refuse to answer this question at the moment. That said, I recently started the 'Insanity' workout program... so I'll try to remember to check back in 60 days. :)

320

of course that's my lifetime total. started in 1960, with the greater majority of them in the first decade, most in 1964 when i was a 4th classman (by the time i was a 1st classman i had people to do pushups for me). i might add another half pushup sometime in the next few months.

I don’t do up. Sit-ups. Push-ups. Pull-ups. I do downs. Sit down. Lay down. Blackjack, I’ll double down. Give me a cheeseburger, I’ll wolf it down. Put on a little music, I’ll boogie down.

Yeah, this!

^ thats funny as hell! last time i tested myself my best were i did 88 PU in 2 minutes. that was a few years ago, situps i stopped at 80 in 2 minutes and thought my stomache would explode. pullups 15 everday easily, 25 with struggle. 2 mile run 13.23. 1 mile time challenge 6:31.

I still run atleast 5 times a week, but dont really test myself anymore with pushups and situps though. since im not in the military anymore it just seems like TOO MUCH WORK :) i do hit the bowflex 30 minutes or so most mornings. never weighed more than 160 in my life, and dont want to ever weigh more than 170. so i keep it moving :)

are we talking nose touching the floor or arms bending to a 90 degree? because i can do about 40 nose touching the floor each time and about 65 at a 90 degree
